J.W. Hunt is a family owned and operated company. It was started in 1962 by John W. Hunt under the name John Hunt Trucking. He hauled milk from local farms to Nestle in Ubly. John W. took pride in his work and his community. That pride has become a family tradition. The company is currently owned by John M. & Jeanette Hunt and they are assisted in operating the company by 3 of their 4 children: John S. Hunt, Patricia Jimkoski, and Adam Hunt.
